The Graduate Student Assembly Committee (GSAC) will hold a monthly meeting on Thursday, 07 February at 4:30pm in MMCH 409.
GRADUATE STUDENT ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE (GSAC)
The Graduate Student Assembly Committee (GSAC) is the student body that represents graduate students within the School of Architecture. GSAC oversees the planning and funding of graduate social events and offers programs that benefit SoA graduate students. Representatives meet once a month with Graduate Coordinator and GSAC Advisor Darlene Covington-Davis and School Head Steve Lee to address the concerns of graduate students and develop solutions.
GSAC liaisons to the CMU Graduate Student Assembly (GSA) advocate on behalf of SoA to the greater GSA network, connecting students with opportunities and funding. Campus wide, GSA and departmental committees strive to improve academic support and collegiate activities for graduate students.
SoA graduate students are invited to speak with their representatives about the changes they would like to see in their programs or facilities.
