LEED AP, Assistant Research Professor
Azizan Aziz is an Assistant Research Professor at the Center for Building Performance and Diagnostics in the School of Architecture at Carnegie Mellon University. Aziz is a trained architect with extensive experience in sustainable design, the design of integrated systems for high performance buildings, post occupancy evaluation and building performance monitoring and analytics. Aziz has initiated innovative data analytics projects with federal, corporate, campus and municipal leaders. In addition to his more than twenty years in research, Azizan Aziz teaches in the undergraduate and graduate programs for the School of Architecture, with an unwavering focus on design for a sustainable built environment.
